You might want to check out the "inner wiki plugin". I'm probably saying the obvious but do note that iframes don't let the iframe content interact with the outer content. E.g you can't locate a tiddler in another wiki (unless you're using some index, as discussed last month, but that of course needs updating every now and then.)
