It can be quite common for a computer to have an app or server running on local host. In this case the 127.0.0.1:8080 may not be available. If your instructions do not work do you think you could add the ability to see the port used, set the port or use another local host address eg 127.0.1.1? I like the clear simple instructions so please stick with that but perhaps add a post install check.
