Thank you all. I should have stressed that I'm only interested in what's shown when clicking on the "More actions" button. I'm not trying to hide this button itself or any other button on the same level for that matter. I am trying to hide what's *revealed* by the "More actions" button (stuff "beneath" it).
Birthe, you've actually pointed me in the right direction -- I do need to edit the filter in the shadow tiddler *$:/core/ui/Buttons/more-tiddler-actions* by manually removing references to anything I don't need. I'll do that tomorrow and think this should do the trick. Thank you! PS. Mat, although that's not exactly what I needed, it's great that you've spotted the UI inconsistency there by the way.
