Could a sidebar list, with seemingly regular title lists, really be a plugin library listing? Clicking the tab is equal to opening the library and the listed titles are tiddlers that are not really in the wiki yet but clicking a title imports it! ...and would those tiddlers really even have to be tiddlers?
