TiddlyServer allows you to specify a range of IP addresses to listen on. There is more information here: https://arlen22.github.io/tiddlyserver/docs/serverconfig.html#section-bindinfo
You might need to experiment a little with different options. BindWildcard only binds to 0.0.0.0 and then filters requests as they come in (if filterBindAddress is also set).
