Apologies, have been ill all last week so only just catching up on things. Yes I sort of am the maintainer of TinyTiddly now. I have some shell scripts that spit out a TinyTiddly, but I do need to be poked when the latest version is out of date. :)
You can download from http://www.jonrobson.me.uk/development/TinyTiddly the latest version (just updated now). I provide a tar file which contains an index.html file and an external js file core.js. I also maintain a standalone TiddlyWiki with compressed shadow tiddlers and js. At the current time normal TiddlyWiki is 352378 bytes, and TinyTiddlyWiki is 267116 bytes (ie. 75% of the size).
