One possibility would be to create a tiddler [[MyGridFilter]], with
the text:
<<grid filter:"$1 AND NOT attachment"
columns:[[!Description]] inline wikify>>
Then in another tiddler you can use:
<<tiddler [[MyGridFilter]] with:{{tiddler.title}}>>
