Tony, You are going to have to explain what part of that isn't the case now. Once it is in the browser Bob can act just like a single file wiki does in the browser, and it has had features to let it reconnect to the server after being disconnected almost from the beginning, I made it to handle my inconsistent internet connection so that was a very important feature.
