I got in touch with complaint center. They gave 2 reasons 1. I have not signed the exe with a certification authority 2. It modifies browser behaviour.
For the next update, I ll see if I can sign it with a certificate and publish to Microsoft App store. You guys can always scan the exe file with any popular security softwares. The executable is located in Appdata/Roaming/Timimi-Firefox or Timimi-Chrome Here is the link to Kaspersky online scanner https://opentip.kaspersky.com/ You can upload the file here and they will scan it for you.
