I'm not sure this has been mentioned before but I just realized drag and drop <https://tiddlywiki.com/#Drag%20and%20Drop> works in iPadOS. I've tested this on iPadOS 13.4 and Quine app. I also tried Safari on tiddlywiki.com and it works except the fact that I have to quickly drag to other position before quick view pops up.
