Thanks Edgaras. I had the old one installed already. Just wasn't sure how to go about updating to the new version. Anyway I've done so now and I have the same issue as you, I get the warning that all my tiddlers have duplicate slugs. Nothing happens when I try to export. I even tried @Saq's suggestion about changing a slug on one of the Tiddlers but it was still listed as having a duplicate slug..
