Hi Hany You can remove those non-$:/ tags. They have two functions:
1. To help the plugin creators to remember which tiddlers are parts of which plugins 2. To help you quickly download Stroll to your own file if needed. They will not affect the functioning of Stroll in any way if you remove the tags.
