I believe there is an alternative to termux on Android that gives you a command prompt on iOS in which you can use npm and install tiddlywiki.
You can launch multiple wikis with a particular command line the hardest part reloading after restart. Are you not interested in the app? another way is to host the wiki somewhere load it into the browser and sync when you return but I have not tested it.
