The model T still is a beautiful car, but the world has moved on from there: it 
has become a collector's item and is ripe for the museum.

Similarly, TWC is old hat. There is nothing stopping those who want to use it 
to do so, but to enforce it on the rest of the community is a bit …… well, not 
right.

So, I agree with Mat's comment.
