Well I took a first stab at it, and got some functionality. Copy the generated ref code into the MarkupPostBody tag. Save and reload.
In your tiddler, surround your text with <html></html>. Like: <html>The most quoted verse is John 3:16</html> Save and reload. A link will appear. However it will not have the hovering text. And the verse reference will have been physically replaced with Logos own anchor link. I assume that the hovering reference is supposed to be provided by the class generated by code at logos, but it may be that TW overrides that code. It may be possible to find the applicable class code at logos and paste it in somewhere. Oh well, first stab.
