Yeah that expression can be shortened to
<$link to={{!!writer}}/> in // <$link to={{!!book}}/>//
BTW, I'm not sure "wikify" is the correct term here (...but I'm also a bit
uncertain what exactly wikify does mean). I think *linkify *might be a more
appropriate term for what you're doing.
