For reference, I think the easiest is to use tw-receiver (https://github.com/sendwheel/tw-receiver) and hardcode the secret key on line 38 in tw-receiver-handler-comp.js. Then all you need is having tw-receiver-server.php and the wiki in the same folder, and it works beautifully
