Sharing a zip with a few tweaks which have been game changers for me. If there's a better place to share tweaks let me know in the comments.
- New "CustomConfig" control panel to toggle changes.
- Toggles user selected small page control sidebar buttons between
default, and visible top left/right (top right pictured below).
- Remove save wiki banner which often cover river tiddler control
buttons. (Currently just removes the notification text)

Improvements that could be done:
- Enhanced window reactivate placement to prevent covering story river
tiddler buttons.
- Sidebar aware menu could hide when sidebar is visible.
- Remove/hide entire wiki banner elements instead of just text.
Difficult to find a searchable element id/class that for the saved banner
specifically.
- Better config menu placement and UI.
Good enough for me. Interested to see if anyone else finds helpful or
improves.
