Hi Mike You could use HideWhenPlugin http://mptw.tiddlyspot.com/#HideWhenPlugin (I guess you are already using a mptw, where it's already installed, and used in the ViewTemplates) to hide any element in the ViewTemplate when tiddlers are tagged with some specified tag.. You could also delete tagglytagging and quickopentag macros from the viewtemplate alltogether and input them ad hoc instead.. <<tagglyTagging {{tiddler.title}}>> for tagglytagging and <<tags {{tiddler.title}}>> for quickopentag plugin..
