My screenshot was from the blank template file 
at

If I download that blank file and put into TiddlyDesktop right now, it 
shows a date of 2020-06-04, which is yesterday for me. If it helps, I'm in 
U.S. Eastern Time Zone (UTC -4), in case it's a time zone bug.
