Yes, it is rather terse. If you look inside tiddlywiki.info, you can find the "build" section, and under that you can find the "index" section plus other build "targets". It's basically the same things that you would pass piece by piece to the tiddlywiki command line, but separated out into nice chunks. So you can insert various parameters or construct a whole new build target pretty easily.
