Hi Neil I'm by no means a TiddlySnipsexpert, however I've only managed to use automatic saves to a TiddlyWiki which was stored locally. When I want to save snips online, I copy the snip (I usually use html) from the previewwindow and insert in a new tiddler, tag it manually and close the previewwindow not writing to the locally stored TW defined in the TiddlySnips optionsdialog..
