The *second* countdown doesn't use those inputs and is coded directly into the tiddler using hours=00, minutes=01, seconds=00. The *third* countdown is also coded directly into the tiddler using hours=00, minutes=00, seconds=30.
The bug occurs in the 2nd countdown where you can see the time remaining jump from 1 minute to 58 seconds and in the 3rd countdown where the time remaining jumps from 30 seconds to 28 seconds.
