If you have all your personal tiddlers tagged as "Data" or "Note", and your template setup to always apply that tag to new notes, then you can just copy your file using the Windows/Linux/Mac file browser tools. Open the new file, and use Eric Shulman's export plugin to delete all tiddlers tagged with "Note".
