* AnalogClock and DigitalClock now handles month "wraparounds".  For 
example:
    for local TZD < 0 (e.g., US), late evening 8/31 becomes early morning 
9/1
    for local TZD > 0 (e.g., Australia), early morning 9/1 becomes late 
evening 8/31
