I think that Bob will have trouble running in an Iframe because it tries to use the browsers current URL to determine the URL it needs to use to establish the websocket connection it uses.
I know pretty much nothing about how Microsoft Teams works, so how did your example fail? I would expect it to load a wiki but never be able to make a websocket connection to the server. Also, did you try adding http:// to the url so it would be src="http:// 10.1.135.98:8080"? That can be important. There is probably a way to make Bob work correctly inside an iframe, but I would have to do some research to find it.
