Moe, Bullets support indent as does blockquotes.
Do look at using codemirror, it provides indenting/tabs, but I have not tried the first line only indent (Not a style I like). Recently Saq Made indenting for bullets automatic with the tab, and I have often used the combination of ";" and ":" especially one or more ":" to indent. You could also use css to define a class, that has first line indent, and you can build an Editor Toolbar button for it.
