Perhaps GItHub has a problem, I can download and open the file from here <https://github.com/AnthonyMuscio/AnthonyMuscio.github.io/blob/master/playground.html> download/r-click save link as, and it loads. Perhaps there is something wrong with the GitHub server process, perhaps the best is to try later.
