That's the plugin that came to mind when I asked. I'll fiddle with it some and see if sequential naming is an option.
Though, the concept of adding it to the context menu in Streams is intriguing. I agree that you wouldn't want it to be default behavior, but having the option from that context menu could be a helpful addition when the minority use case presents itself. Is that something I could add to the context menu? I know you've set it up so users can create their own menu items.
