The Android browser would not let me write to the SD card, so my test only
allowed read only access. So close...

I emailed the Dolphin developer to see if there was something I was missing,

Waiting to hear back.

How is the performance? I tried the same with an iPhone 3GS, and it
worked, albeit a little slow. It's part of what drove me to get my own
iPhone - at that point I found out that other apps like Action Lists
and toodledoo were, while nowhere near as fully featured, a LOT faster
(and yes I know they're faster b/c they don't have as many features).

I'm actually back looking at mGTD as I think it would make a great
container for a contract engagement I'm on - completely portable, runs
locally, extensible (encryption etc.).

But yeah, if you don't have a lot of active projects/tasks at once, I
think it's a viable solution.
