Hi, since you linked so nicely from our other discussion to here I decided to leave my thoughts on this project where it is relevant.
I have to say I find the whole system very interesting, especially using hard links to one tiddler to pull everything together. May have to borrow the idea and see if I can incorporate it in my edit-text widget todo list for when the todos are specific to certain tiddlers instead of more general things.
