While it's good that you've found a work-around, it would be still be helpful if you could at least provide the requested information about platform, browser version and TiddlyWiki version, as well trying the first two tests: can you open http://TiddlyWiki.com without error, and can you download and open an empty.html without error? Also, while my description of the steps for isolating the problem is somewhat verbose, the actual process isn't nearly as time-consuming as it sounds and, again, it would be very helpful to others who may face the same problem in the future.
