Thanks for the prompt reply. I have been using TW since May and have made 
my own set up after reading many posts in this google group and using the 
vast number of plug ins available. I am happy with the current UI since its 
is functional. Even though it took time to set up my TW after a lots of 
permutations and combinations, my current set up is giving me good rewards 
in terms of ease of workflow. But a modern looking UI as proposed in the 
redesign proposal would be a welcome change provided the current 
functionality is not compromised.
