I'm not sure if this is possible, but I was trying to get the dynnanotate plugin to work without manually typing the widget for every tiddler.
Normally to use the widget I just surround the text like this: <$dynannotate target="text to highlight"> Paragraph of text. </$dynannotate> I was hoping to be able to apply this widget to every tiddler in my wiki, without having to manually type the widget text on every tiddler.
