Yes it does that normally, but there must be some tweak available
because If one opens the tiddlytools document and tries to edit a
random tiddler and clicks the upload button the document starts to
attempt to upload and in a moment asks for username password!
(of course I don't know both and have no intention of making any
upload :-)
The point being that there *is* a way to upload without saving locally
first. I think its the upload plugin available at tiddlytools which is
responsible for this.
