Thanks! In a nutshell, that tiddler will say that I have a 'save changes' button in the more menu of the viewtoolbar. I am also using $:/plugins/TWaddle/tw-admin. So my process is, close the sidebar, hide the edit button with tw-admin, if there are tabs, select the desired tab you want open by default, then save changes. Then upload the file.
