My primary wiki has grown too large and slow (saves take 15 seconds) . I am
carefully removing filtered tiddlers using the "Filter" tab in
"$:/AdvancedSearch" to a JSON file. I then drag and drop this JSON file
into the new (rapidly growing) wiki. Later I plan to delete tiddlers from
the primary wiki.

I have noticed that I can overwrite a tiddler of the same exact title name.
This worries me, since I am used to my primary wiki warning me when I am
about to do this. I expect it to suggest "A tiddler with that name exists.
A new name will be used!"

How do I give my new wiki this protection? (I have forgotten where I found
this)
