I don’t really know if there’s any real life use to this, but sometimes 
it’s interesting to look at the relationships in our notes. Since this is 
(I think) unusable for navigation, it is not important to have a solution 
within TiddlyWiki. I use the tiddler below to write the connections to a 
Graphviz DOT file and display it with either Graphviz, Gephi, or yEd. I 
described the details in the tiddler.

In terminal commands, the "dot" command is part of Graphviz.

To try it, import to https://tiddlywiki.com for example.
