Ah, I had not associated that selection with it. For some reason I was
thinking it only applied to coding. That resolved it. (Note to others:
Disabling or enabling this feature requires a restart)

Re: TW-Refnotes
I installed it. I should have used an analogy of an index in a reference
book. Refnotes would be time/labor intensive to go back and retrofit it to
an existing wiki or even one that is still a work in progress unless you
use it from the beginning.

Not that creating an Index wouldn't be as well. I can imagine a plugin to
export the content against an ignore set of words, then wacking the
irrelevant lines from it then import it again. But I lack the knowledge of
javascript, TW and the time to pursue the idea.

Note: TOC could be finer grained but the current fixed-fluid and
fluid-fixed format fights it. If we could grab a handle between the windows
and adjust the width on the fly it could make it workable for the time you
need to take a deeper look. You have to do it now in order to find a
specific labeled tiddler with the $:/ when you only know a partial string
to do a lookup. The fluid-fixed option cuts off the longer tiddlers to the
right. Hence the need to jump into the Control Panel to switch the setting.
