@Mohammad try the following:

1. In https://kookma.github.io/TW-Commander/ import the attached .json file
2. Import any tiddler

This is how I personally think the core should handle complex manipulation 
of imported tiddlers, that is keep the import process as simple as possible 
but make it easier to trigger batch manipulation after the import.
