I use TW precisely to track habits and mood. If I am using TiddlyWiki to do something else, like take notes or be productive, I am happy and forming healthy good habits.
If I find I am tweaking the mechanics of TiddlyWiki once again, this shows I am frustrated and am acting in compulsive and unhealthy ways.
