OK, whaou that's a lot of plugin ^-^' So if I'm guessing right, after re-read your first post, it's about *EditButtons* plugin from Thomas Elmiger (https://tid.li/tw5/plugins.html) Just try in a fresh empty 5.1.23 and it works for me. Maybe try to reinstall it.
(yes when you delete a plugin on single file, delete for example $:/plugins/telmiger/EditButtons and reload your TW file to finish the process). Hope it help.
