TaggedTemplateTweak
have a look at it.  It will not only do what you want but once you
understand it, it will give you even more ideas of how to have
TiddlyWiki jumping through hoops at your command.

Hyperbole aside, in TW Help you can see your request put in to
practice as all tiddlers tagged systemConfig have a gradient blue
background by using the alternate ViewTemplate named
systemConfigViewTemplate
