Though SectionsLinksPlugin does not seem to be in the "simple-plugin" category, this is a good example of how "basic" feature additions can lead to an awful lot of construction sites elsewhere. ;-)
I am rarely using the missing-tiddlers-list myself. However, your proposition makes a lot of sense. Let's see if Eric finds the coding overhead (#bytes+effort) to be worth it. Btw.
