Ndar, Often specific plugins are installed on a demo wiki, and thus the plugin list is quite minimal, thus tend to only have the plugins required. By navigating the list of plugins you will usually find the one you are looking for and which others the author included in the current wiki. The readme tab of plugins usually reference any desirable or necessary plugins, sometimes you may find an install/installing/installation tab, but you can often get an idea from the plugin list (if there is not too many). This is also a good way to identify plugins you did not know about and may be a good companion to the one you are obtaining. As Mark suggested you can then download the plugins you want from their menu.
