I'll take a shot. An extension is anything that 'extends' the base functionality of the TW or overrides 'standard behaviors'. This would include: - Plugins and other systemConfig-tagged tiddlers like 'zconfig' - Tranclusions - Scripts (Java and HTML included) - Custom CSS's and Templates - Themes - Other stuff So, that would make Plugins a subset of Extensions.
