TWexe is getting really old. I wouldn't be surprised if it breaks with 
newer TW files.

Since you're obviously on a desktop, have you tried timimi? It should work 
with the new (Chromium) edge (it does on my system). Brave is also chromium 
based, so there should be some way for it to work on that as well. Once you 
have it installed, you hardly have to think of it again.

You didn't mention the total size of your TW file. If it was large enough, 
there might be a delay serving up the tw file, leading to errors. But 
that's just a guess.
