Please open the *tiddlywiki.com <http://tiddlywiki.com>* and not https://tiddlywiki.com/prerelease/ then drag and drop https://tiddlywiki.com/#%24%3A%2Fconfig%2FOfficialPluginLibrary into your Tiddlywiki (prerelease) In the TW-Script (it uses $:/config/OfficialPluginLibrary from prerelease which is empty!)
