I think it will take two nested list widgets: <$list filter="[all[tiddlers]!is[system]]"> <$list filter="[all[current]links[]limit[1]]" variable="dum" emptyMessage="<$link><<currentTiddler>></$link><br/>" > </$list> </$list>
This will list all regular tiddlers with no hard links.
