So, your recommendation is:

- setup a dedicated TW on GitHub or Tiddlyhost or any host accessible from
the net
- create a tiddler per resource with tag: $:/tags/Link and a field called
url: "address to resource"

More questions:
Do I need to add description on tiddler body?
